MUST be 21 years of age to register. Students MUST Possess a NYS Concealed Carry Pistol Permit. This 2- hour course is designed to enhance students handgun marksmanship skills through focused instruction and practical exercises. Participants will learn and practice the core fundamentals of handgun operation ensuring improved accuracy, safety, and confidence in handling firearms. Students will also have key takeaways on defensive tactics and situational awareness. Required Equipment: -Hearing Protection (ear pro) -Eye Protection (eye pro) - 100 rounds of ammunition - One Handgun -One Holster -Two Magazines Course Objectives: -Understand and apply the five fundamentals of handgun marksmanship - Develop effective target acquisition techniques - Execute various shooting drills for skill enhancement - Master reload procedures and manage weapon malfunctions - Emphasize the importance of firearm safety - Practice draw-to-shoot techniques - Engage in defensive close-quarter drills The $100.00 deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance of $100.00 must be paid at the start of the instruction of your scheduled course.
